**EASYLABEL 7.0** runs on all Windows operating systems released
after and including Windows 10. All 64 bit systems are supported where
applicable.

>Important Note: As of version 7.0.0, EASYLABEL will only be supported
>on Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, or higher. Windows 8 and any earlier
>versions of Microsoft Windows are no longer supported.

>Important Note: EASYLABEL uses the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.5.
>If you use the EASYLABEL ActiveX objects, you may have to recompile your
>projects to target the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.

## Changes/Additions

- **Honeywell Printers**

  Some of the Honeywell PM45 and PX940 printers were treated as 203 DPI
  instead of the proper 300 DPI or 600 DPI. This has been fixed. (bug 1717)

- **Windows Printers**

  Fixed a problem with some Windows printer drivers where large image files
  might not print correctly. (bug 1714)

- **cab Format Download**

  Fixed a problem of possible filename corruption when downloading a format
  file to a drive or memory card attached to the computer. (bug 1720)

- **Chinese Language**

  Corrected a possible crash when using Simplified or Traditional Chinese
  languages. (bug 1727)

- **RFID Wizard**

  Fixed a problem where changes made to data being used in an RFID tag might
  be lost when the label format is closed. (bug 1721)

- **Undo/Redo**

  Corrected a problem where using the undo/redo function might result in the
  changes being lost when the label format is closed. (bug 1722)

- **New Automatic Recovery Feature**

  When designing or editing label format files, the editor saves the progress
  after each change is made. In the rare case that a problem occurs, when
  EASYLABEL is restarted it will detect the unsaved changes and give the
  option to save those changes. (bug 1712)

- **Unsaved Changes Indicator**

  When editing a label format, dbf file structure, or job list file, an "*"
  will appear next to the filename in the title bar as a reminder that the
  file has unsaved changes. Saving the file removes the unsaved changes
  indicator. (bug 1723)

- **WordPad RTF Editor**

  A version of the WordPad RTF editor is now included because Microsoft is
  no longer including this application in Windows version 11 24H2 and later.
  (bug 1715)

- **Missing Files in Error Report**

  If the pathname for a label file had a space in it, the label file was
  not saved in the error report. This has been corrected. (bug 1735)

- **Missing Tracking Report Files**

  Improved the handling of missing tracking report files. The option now
  exists for cancelling the print job (in order to locate the missing
  report file), creating a new empty report file, or continuing to print
  without a report file (this is not recommened). (bug 1733)

- **Limit Reseller Key Batch Count**

  The maximum number of batches that can be printed using a Reseller key
  is now limited to 10 batches. (bug 1737)

- **Demo/Reseller Banner**

  A colored banner is now displayed below the menu/ribbon that indicates
  when the program is running in "demo" mode or is using a Reseller key.

- **Windows Printer Drivers**

  In some cases when printing to a Windows printer and using the "reverse
  image" option for the label, only one label was printed. This has been
  fixed. (bug 1739)
