EASYLABEL licenses are a one-time fee, no monthly or yearly fees involved. Additional services such as moving a digital license and Tharo’s label creation service (where we create a label following a given specification) do have additional charges.

No, Tharo does not offer a service contract. Phone and email support are free for supported version numbers. For onsite support or service contracts, please contact your EASYLABEL Reseller.

EASYLABEL 7 is supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
EASYLABEL 6.3 through 6.4 is compatible with Windows 7 through Windows 11

EASYLABEL can run on a computer, laptop, or terminal that runs on a Windows OS. EASYLABEL NET PRINT SERVER’s web-based interface can run on virtually any device that can access a web browser.

Terminal Server can only run on a Terminal Server Operating System. Multi-User can be used on a standard Windows OS machine or a Server (not Terminal Server) machine.

A PLATINUM License does not only have 3 printers – it has 3 XML printers.
An “XML Printer” is a printer that is used with XML Monitor and XML Generator, which are features exclusive to PLATINUM licenses.
Outside of using these XML features, PLATINUM has a virtually unlimited amount of printer seats available and using the XML feature does NOT limit the amount of printers available in the common parts of the software.

You can purchase more XML printer seats by contacting your EASYLABEL Reseller or Tharo.
