Format History

Search Form

The search form is shown before the format history is opened and controls what content is shown in the history window.

  1. User Identifier

    The user id to search. If a user id is specified then only changes by that user are shown.

  2. Format

    The format to search. If a format path is specified then only changes to the format with that path are shown.

  3. Specify Date Range

    Enabling allows a date range to be specified.

  4. Date Range

    The range of dates to show changes for. Only changes within this range are shown.

  5. OK

    Apply the search conditions to the history window. Shows the history window if it was not yet shown.

  6. Cancel

    Keep the current history window search conditions. Does nothing if the history window was not yet shown.

History Window

  1. Menu

    • File

      • Save report as CSV

        Export the history window contents as a CSV file.

      • Print

        Print the history window contents.

      • Exit

        Close the format history.

    • Search

      Show the Search Form again to apply new search criteria.

    • Refresh

      Reload the data from the database.

  2. History Row

    The table row contains the record of the logged change.

  3. Format

    The path to the format that was changed.

  4. Backup Format

    The path to the format backup created by EASYLABEL. This only exists if both the “Format Change History” program option and “Save Backup Format” format option were set.

  5. Reason

    The reason the format was changed. This only exists if the “Prompt for Change Reason” program option was enabled.

  6. Time

    The date and time the format was changed.

  7. EASYLABEL User Id

    The id of the EASYLABEL user that changed the format.

  8. Windows User Id

    The id of the Windows user that changed the format.

  9. Computer

    The hostname of the computer that changed the format.
